January – València
This Gallery covers the fourth month of my stay in València, i.e. January 1 to 31, 2021. This makes it my fifth month in Spain. I’m still in Ciutat Vella with Sagrario and now Ewa who has moved in as well. I have settled into a bit of a routine: shopping every few days at the Mercat Central, sometimes at one of the larger supermarkets, cooking basic things at home, roaming the neighbourhoods of Ciutat Vella, and hanging out in the Jardins del Turia reading and watching people. The covid restrictions keep getting tighter so we’re not spending as much time eating out or going to the movies (my favourite original-version theatre has temporarily closed) and even the museums aren’t as inviting. We make up for the slower lifestyle by continuing excursions out of town whenever Sagrario is in town. Please enjoy the latest escapades visually here.
